At Manic Pixie, we aim to dispatch your order quickly, usually on the same or next business day. We use APD Couriers or Australia Post, with delivery times ranging from next day to 7 days. Most orders arrive within 2 days.

During checkout, please specify a safe place for delivery if you are unavailable. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being held for collection at a post office or local depot.

We offer flat-rate shipping prices. For orders under $99, untracked post is $4.95 (large letter up to 500g), regular parcel post is $11.95, and express parcel post is $17.95. Enjoy free regular parcel post on orders over $99.

Free local pickup is available from Norwood, SA, 5067.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. You can also find your tracking details in your account or via our handy ‘Track Your Order’ page located in the footer.
