Preorders
What Are Preorders?
At Manic Pixie, we offer customers the opportunity to preorder select items that may not yet be in stock. Preorders allow you you the chance to purchase products in advance to secure desired items that will ship as soon as they arrive in-store.
How Preorders Work:

- Placement and Payment: When you place a preorder, full payment is required at the time of order placement. This guarantees your reservation and allows us to promptly process your order once the item becomes available.
- Estimated Arrival: The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for preordered items is an estimate only and may be subject to change due to supplier schedules and other factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide accurate timelines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
- Updates and Notifications: You will receive updates regarding the status of your preorder, including any changes to the expected delivery date. We will notify you as soon as your item is ready to ship, and you will receive tracking information at that time.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are not permitted for preorders. No refunds will be provided for a change of mind. However, exchanges for preordered items are allowed within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with our returns policy. Please refer to our returns policy for further details on how to process an exchange.
- Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship your entire order together once all preorder items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
- Delays and Alternatives: In the event of delays beyond our control, such as supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly. Should it become clear that we cannot fulfill your preorder in a timely manner, we will work with you to find alternative items to meet your needs or provide a full refund for the unavailable products.
- Special Conditions: Please note that preorders are not eligible for discounts or promotional offers unless specifically stated. Any changes to your preorder, including shipping details, must be made before the order has shipped.
